The Binh Dinh Grand Prix of the UIM F1H2O World Championship, the flagship international series of single-seater inshore circuit powerboat racing, kicked off in Quy Nhon city, the south central province of Binh Dinh on March 30.

More than 60 racers from 26 countries and territories in the world will compete at the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship in Thi Nai lagoon, Quy Nhon City in central Vietnam from March 22-24.

The central province of Bình Định will entertain water sports lovers and tourists with two famous international competitions with jet skis featuring high speed action and stunning performance and control techniques on the surface of Thị Nại Bay, Quy Nhơn City, next week.

The Formula 1 powerboat race F1H2O Grand Prix and Aquabike Grand Prix 2024 (Binh Dinh Grand Prix 2024) are set to take place from March 22 to 31 at Thi Nai Bay, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.

A press conference took place at the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province on February 23 to provide information about the UIM F1H20 Grand Prix and UIM-ABP Aquabike Grand Pix Binh Dinh 2024.

Binh Dinh province meets international requirements to host the Powerboat Race F1H2O Grand Prix. The tournament is expected to be a highlight in the province’s smokeless industry in 2024.

On January 1, Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Tourism coordinated with Phu Cat Airport and the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines to host a welcoming ceremony for 150 visitors who are passengers of the first flight to the Central province from Ho Chi Minh City via Phu Cat Airport on the first day of the new year.
