“Aerial view of Izumisano City” awarded special prize

Among 10 pictures drawn by teenagers living in Japan’s Izumisano City, the work “Aerial view of Izumisano City” by Kisato Muroya wins a special prize, according to Vice Director of Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs Vo Dinh Kha.

The picture drawing competition is one of programs co-organized by Binh Dinh Province and Izumisano, showing the friendship between two sides.

The special prize-winning work “Aerial view of Izumisano”.

In 2019, Binh Dinh and Izumisano signed an agreement focusing on friendship and comprehensive cooperation for the mutual understanding and prosperity in various fields.

Due to the pandemic Covid-19, many exchange programs were postponed.
