Quy Nhon host int'l workshop on molecular diagnostics in microbiology, diseases

More than 150 Vietnamese and foreign experts, scientists, researchers, and students in the fields of life sciences, biomedicine, and biomedical engineering attended an international workshop on molecular diagnostics in microbiology and diseases held at Quy Nhon City-based International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) on December 13.

The event is organised by the Rencontres du Vietnam, ICISE, Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Ho Chi Minh City-based Nong Lam University.

The two-day event focuses on point-of-care diagnostics, predictive biomarkers, and the creation and development of new tools for rapid detection and diagnosis at the molecular level.
