At the ground-breaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang praised the efforts and responsibility of investors, related local departments, agencies and localities.

As planned, the coastal road passing through Binh Dinh Province has a length of about 115 kilometres. In recent years, with the provincial and central budget, Binh Dinh Province has invested and completed several sections of the coastal road.
