Singapore invests over US$80 million in coffee factory in Binh Dinh

Binh Dinh Province’s People’s Committee on September 17 held a ceremony to grant an investment registration certificate to Food Empire Group of Singapore to construct a US$80.74 million freeze-dried instant coffee factory in the province.

The work is scheduled to kick off this month and the factory is expected to be put into operation by early 2028 on an area of 7.11 hectares in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park located in Canh Vinh commune of Van Canh district.

The factory will produce and export freeze-dried instant coffee, with a capacity of 5,400 tonnes of products annually and an operating period of 46 years from the date of issuance of the investment registration certificate.
