Success despite difficulties

Binh Dinh’s Chairman Nguyen Phi Long and Vice Chairmen on July 13 chaired an online meeting to review the province’s socio-economic situation in the first 6 months and implement key tasks for the remaining months.

According to the reports, Binh Dinh still ensured the “dual target” of preventing the pandemic and developing the economy. Its 6-month-GRDP saw a rise of 6.14 percent against the same period last year, ranking 2nd in the Central key economic region.

However, the agriculture has faced some diseases in poultry; meanwhile, the industry has suffered many difficulties due to the pandemic Covid-19.

Chairman Nguyen Phi Long asked all relevant bodies to fulfil their task to promote the province’s socio-economic situation and quickly disburse the public investment capital.

He also stressed the importance of support for enterprises for their operation in the “new normal situation” and the management of natural resources and other issues.
