Binh Dinh province enjoys potential to become a key growth center

Binh Dinh is poised with abundant potential, advantages, and distinct opportunities for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, said Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai.

At a ceremony to unveil the planning of Binh Dinh province for the 2021-2030 period, Vision 2050 in Binh Dinh on Saturday, Mr. Khai said Binh Dinh province plays a pivotal role in the socio-economic development strategy and national defense and security in the North Central and Central Coastal regions and stands as a key growth center of Vietnam.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai urges Binh Dinh province to promote its potential to become an economic growth driver of the country.

The strategic plan outlines a vision for Binh Dinh to emerge as a leading developed province the North Central and Central Coastal regions by 2030. The province is envisioned to serve as a hub for processing industries, manufacturing, services, tourism, and culture in the region. It aims to be a major national and international center for marine economic development with its comprehensive and modern economic infrastructure system.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai urged the province to prioritize investments in strategic transport infrastructure and foster connectivity with neighboring localities. He stressed the need to focus on human resource development and attracting talents.
