First “Science Exploration Space” complex to be built in Vietnam

The investment project on building the "Science exploration space" complex at Ghenh Rang Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province has just been approved by chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee.

The Science Exploration Space will be built in the International Center of Interdisciplinary Science Education (ICISE), in Quy Nhon city, Vietnam

Construction of the 2-hectare building will last from 2015 to 2018, with total cost of over VND110 billion. The complex will have 3 components - a model of the universe, an astronomy observatory, and a science museum.

The complex is expected to be the first destination of popular science exploration in Vietnam, mainly bringing science down to the common people, and inspiring an interest in science among them, particularly the youth.
