Hoai Nhon commune presents 1,000 coconut seedlings to Truong Sa

Hoai Nhon commune of Binh Dinh province has presented 1,000 coconut seedlings to soldiers and islanders on Truong Sa island as part of an effort to make the island greener.

This gift  is a source of encouragement for soldiers and islanders in Truong Sa island district, and soldiers of the Navy region 4 in defending national sea and islands.

So far, there are more than 32,000 trees of various varieties on the island and the green coverage reaches around 45%.
