Preparing mechanism, policies for start-up, innovation

A seminar on start-ups took place in Quy Nhon City on January 19, held by Song Han incubator and Binh Dinh Department of Science and Technology.

Participants discussed start-up and innovation related activities in Binh Dinh, mechanism and policies for the system. They admitted that the issue has not been given special attention in the province.

Song Han incubator’s director Ly Dinh Quan said that the event is aimed at supporting localities, entreprenurs to find solutions in enhancing capacity in start-up and innovation.
