German Kurz Group licensed to invest in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh

Germany-based Kurz Group today (Nov 8) has been granted the license to build a plant at the newly-established Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh industrial park. This is the first project licensed in this IP.

The company planned to build a hi-tech film factory on an area of 12 hectares, manufacturing foil, hi-tech film and other relevant products and services.

With the investment capital of US$40 million, the plant is expected to operate by the second quarter of 2023.

Kurz’s senior vice president Andreas Hirschfelder said that the company decided to invest in the province due to its infrastructure and investment incentive policies.

Binh Dinh’s Chairman Nguyen Phi Long expressed the hope that the company would assist Binh Dinh in attracting more German investors to invest in the province.
