Binh Dinh, Lao Cai sign agreement for tourism promotion

Tourism Departments of Binh Dinh and Lao Cai Provinces on May 24 held a meeting on promoting tourism.

Director of Binh Dinh’s Tourism Department Tran Van Thanh said that the province’s tourism industry got a boost in the past years. Quy Nhon was recognized as the ASEAN’s clean city at ASEAN tourism forum. It is also highly recommended by many well-known travel magazines.

The central coastal province also has similarities as Lao Cai, such as natural landscapes at mountainous areas and ethnic minority groups.

Two sides agreed to promote tourism, aiming to create favourable conditions for tourism agencies in two provinces to offer new tours for visitors.
