Ceremony held to announce Cat Tien town establishment

A ceremony was held in Phu Cat district yesterday, officially announcing the establishment of Cat Tien town. Attending the event were Binh Dinh’s Chairman Nguyen Phi Long and other delegates.

Cat Tien was previously a commune of Phu Cat district. The National Assembly’s Standing Committee last month issued a Resolution, approving the establishment of Cat Tien town.

The town, covering a natural area of 17.64 square meter, is expected to become an urban and gateway for Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
